Both New Hampshire and New York have made drastic changes to their Power-of-Attorney laws. We were not able to open a POA account for Father Gordon in either New York or New Hampshire. Because Dilia had a career as a civilian scientist for the US military, she qualified to open an expense account for Father Gordon’s needs at Navy Federal Credit Union. This account is used solely for Father Gordon’s expenses and support, including food, clothing, medical copays and other expenses. We are also able to provide some support for Pornchai Moontri in Thailand if supporters request that along with their gift.
